The key management system mainly realizes intelligent management of keys, assists users in borrowing and returning keys, and can complete fingerprint or facial verification, key RFID identification, voice prompt, touch screen operation, LCD, and other functions.
In order to achieve the above functions, the system is divided into three parts: touch screen central control unit, identity authentication unit, and RFID key recognition unit.

Users can select the borrowing or returning process by touching the screen. Borrowing process: After the identity verification, the glass door of the key cabinet is opened and the key slot is unlocked. The corresponding LED indicator blinks and the voice prompts to take the key and close the glass door.  Return Process: after the authentication, the glass door is opened, the corresponding LED indicator in the key slot flashes, and the voice prompts to return the key and close the glass door.
